How do I subscribe to your service?
We offer the Realbetter Plan, Available in two billing options: Monthly and Annual
What is the billing cycle?
As per the plan
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Debit cards, Credit cards, UPI payments, Netbanking and wallets.
Can I switch between the subscription plans?
You can always choose which plan you want to go for once your subscription ends. Subscription plans can only be upgraded within the month of payment. Downgrading or changing plans may not be possible until the next billing cycle.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Your account will be downgraded to the free version and you won’t be able to enjoy paid services, until the payment is completed.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription however your services will be available till the end of the subscription period.
Are there any discounts for long-term subscriptions?
We have already discounted our annual subscription. However you can always reach us at +91 93556 68833 for specific requirements.
Do you offer refunds for subscriptions?
There is no refund.
Is tax applicable on the subscriptions?
Yes, GST is applicable on the subscriptions amount.
What happens to my listings if I cancel my subscriptions?
You will not lose your listings, your listings stay on the platform.
Is there any referral bonus?
Yes, there is a referral bonus.
- Refer 3 users for the standard plan, and get 1 month of the standard plan as free on their payment.
- Refer 4 users for the premium plan, and get 1 month of the premium plan as free on their payment.
What happens if I exhaust the plan limits?
You will have to renew or wait till the next billing cycle.
Are there any restrictions on the number of users/devices covered under my subscriptions?
Yes, one user per device.
